Journey to Forearm Stand with Jade

Join Jade for a 4-week Journey to Forearm Stand series. Over the course of four 60 minute practices, you will explore key stretches, strengthening exercises, and techniques to learn, land, and balance in a forearm stand, Pincha Mayurasana in Sanskrit, or Feathered Peacock Pose.

This series intends to guide you to find the confidence and strength to lift into the inversion, find balance, safely transition in and out, and integrate it into your personal practice!
