Description
This 6 week series focuses on harnessing strength in yoga poses and transitions. An asana practice works more than just flexibility and can encourage strong legs, backs, core, glutes, and arms - not to mention the mind! Practitioners will gain a newfound perspective on how to build more strength in the space of their asana practice, adding more depth and breadth to their normal routine.
