This 6 week series focuses on mobility and muscle-building! About 1/2 the class will be yoga flow, themed to the muscles to be trained that day, followed by a strength training session using dumbbells. Bend & Build is an offering for those looking to develop more strength and stability in the entire body, more toned body composition and better mind-body connection and coordination.
