30 minutes of weighted strength training (emphasis on different muscle groups each week) followed by 30 minutes of gentle stretching and recovery of the same muscle groups


Week 1: Push and Pull (deadlifts, rows, push-ups etc.)
Week 2: Twists & Lateral movement
Week 3: Balancing & Unilateral movement
